The role will include implementing cross-channel marketing strategies, driving all digital marketing, and capitalizing on brand and influencer partnerships to take Sukoon products to market. As we grow, you will also have the opportunity to lead offline marketing opportunities (i.e. expos, pop-ups, etc.). You'll develop new creative strategies and execute campaigns with the aim to create brand cohesiveness, drive brand awareness, and acquire new customers.
Our ideal candidate is highly creative and analytical, and is a strong, charismatic leader that can execute the brand vision. You have tons of ideas and you love bringing them to life. You have a strong background in retail / e-commerce marketing, SEO, and are experienced in cross-channel marketing, partnerships and digital marketing. You love working in teams and you excel in creating a unique and emotional experience for customers. You are a hard-worker and you work well in a fast-pace environment. You are a problem-solver by nature, and have the ability to build processes and manage a growing team. You are excited to work in an all-hands-on-deck start-up environment and do what it takes to build a financially sustainable business.

Being part of the foundational team for a game-changing brand;
Understanding, improving, implementing and iterating on existing multi-channel marketing strategies (i.e. social media and Kickstarter);
Creating a pipeline of digital media, content & brand / influencer partnerships that engage existing and new customers;
Building a community of users while implementing SEO and managing CACs;
Implementing and reporting on key product and user metrics;
Presenting key marketing metrics internally;
Aiding in future fundraising processes;
Bringing the Sukoon brand mission to life through experiential events and pop-ups;
We launched via Kickstarter in June 2016, and have since been featured in nearly 20 global media publications, including ABC World News, The Huffington Post, NowThis and Allure. We value building a community of women who have been overlooked by the apparel markets, and designing activewear products for them. We are committed to designing products that make each woman look and feel hard-core and on-trend. We are a team of passionate, creative visionaries and businesswomen who are looking for an activewear designer who can help us disrupt the athleisure industry while being inclusive, sustainable, and collaborative. We are looking for a passionate individual is driven to help us bring inclusive activewear to the womenswear market.
This role is ideal for someone interested in being deeply involved in the conceptualization and development of a brand from the early stages. You will be working very closely with the Founder & CEO, Arshiya Kherani, throughout the transition period, but the ultimate goal is for you to be able to run with our design processes.

My background is in small business and community development, and being socially responsible is as important to me as ensuring that we stay financially sustainable.
