Sukoon means "at ease" in Urdu, and each and every one of our products is designed to bring some ease to your life. Our standard return policy is 14 days in the USA. We are happy to issue refunds for items that are UNWORN and UNWASHED that are sent back to us within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in original packaging with tags on. PLEASE NOTE, because we are a small business, we do not accept returns outside of the USA.

Sukoon hijabs are designed with customizable closures that fit your face, hair, and head shape. We use closure systems that allow you to close the hijabs without any pins, but into the exact right fit. For more information, you can find our instructions here and here.

We recommend a cold water wash without softeners for all of our products. We recommend washing Sukoon hijabs with their closures fastened, and in a garment wash bag. Hang or lay flat to dry, and if the wrinkles bother you, you can use a low iron or steamer!

Yes! We offer international shipping. Just choose “Passport” at checkout if your shipping address is outside of the USA, and your checkout will go smoothly. Unfortunately, our prices don’t include local taxes/duties/fees/VAT. BUT, our Passport shipping option does calculate and charge all fees upfront so that you know exactly what you’re getting into. **Make sure you are comfortable with ALL fees because we won’t be able to refund/return fees once they are processed!***
